Beastmaster and Gender Equality and Diversity

"Animagi" comes from the Harry Potter series of novels. Animagi is a high-level magical skill that allows wizards and witches to transform into an animal at will. The most well-known animagi is Professor McGonagall. Hogwarts students must learn Transfiguration in their third year. The book explains that becoming an animagi requires constant practice. It is a long and arduous learning journey. In the process of learning, you may also be hit by rebounding magic and transform.

We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace includes all the beauty of highlighting gender, sexual orientation and gender temperament. Just as a beastmaster can transform into different animals according to different needs and occasions, our philosophy is to support each of you and you, in the process of getting promoted, changing jobs, and reaching the top, to have the necessary abilities, tools and vision. Currently, there are countless foreign studies showing that women and LGBTQ face particularly great challenges in traditional workplaces.

However, at the same time, academia and top global companies are increasingly finding that a diverse and inclusive workplace can bring the greatest benefits to companies. So we hope to become a breeding ground for these workplace beastmasters, allowing women and LGBTQ people in the workplace to embark on their own leadership paths and transform workplace culture while being promoted.

We present the importance of networking and experience exchange in the plural form of Beastmasters. Each of us has accumulated something in our own professional field, but we can inspire and learn from each other and become each other's partners on the road of Beastmaster. At the same time, the singular me needs to become the majority of us in the workplace, because we believe that diverse talents are enough to create the most effective organization and the happiest team.

With the belief of diversity and compatibility, we look forward to creating influential leadership talents for foreign-invested enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, and start-ups in Taiwan, and to providing you with organizational and operational solutions.
