While pursuing the master degree at the University of Cambridge, Indigo focused her research on organizational transformation, delving deeply into the interaction between individuals and organizations.
Later, through hands-on experience in corporate restructuring, she gained insights into organizational pain points from the perspectives of people, operations, and systems. By combining training design grounded in social psychology and neuroscience, she ensures that corporate training programs transcend routine exercises and lead to real, lasting change.

Programs are tailored based on goals set by client organizations, with Multivista Consulting providing customized designs across different organizational levels.
