When Indigo was studying for a master's degree at the University of Cambridge, she took organizational transformation as her research direction and conducted in-depth research on the interactive relationship between individuals and organizations. Later, through the practical experience of corporate organizational reengineering, she approached the pain points from different angles such as people, things, and organizations. Combining training design with social psychology and neuroscience, she made education and training no longer become a routine, but made real changes happen.
